A stone build maisonette Villa. The house is surrounded by meandering gardens, verandas with views of the sea and a private 25㎡ swimming pool. Is comprised of two floors which cover 200 ㎡ . The kitchen, dining room and living room are on the ground floor along with a WC. Three fully airconditioned bedrooms and a sofa bed in open area, with a master bathroom occupy the top floor along with three sea view verandas. This Villa could goes together with two studios. One of them at the west part is a small independent studio of 40m2 with a double bed, a living room, a small kitchen and a private bathroom. There is a small veranda and access to the garden of the villa and the barbeque. The studio at the northeast part of the villa is smaller with a double bed, a kitchen and a small bathroom. The veranda of this studio is big with a swimming pool and an amazing view to Meloi beach. Depend on the number of people, the villa could be rented alone for 5 people (without the pool), with the swimming pool studio for 7 people and with the second studio for 10 people.

A 30 sq.meters stone built studio with a double bed, fully equipped small kitchen and a bathroom. In front of the studio there is a big veranda with outdoor furniture, surrounded by flowers and trees and a 25 sq.meters private swimming pool with amazing view to Meloi beach.

Villa Margarita Studio(2-3 pax)
An independent studio of 40m2 with a stone built double bed, a living room with a sofa bed, a small kitchen and a private bathroom. It completely follows the traditional arquitecture of Patmos island. Outside there is a small balcony with outdoor furniture where the guest can enjoy the amazing view to the port.
