Villa Rose is located in marathokefala kolymbariou and is a part of the Theo villas complex which is  just a few kilometers away from the beautiful beach of Kolympari. The villa has panoramic views of the sea, the mountains and the olive trees .

The interior design is modern with warm colors, there is a comfortable living room with a fireplace and features a TV with satellite channels ,DVD  and a CD player. The fully equipped kitchen is in the same area and makes it ideal for moments of entertainment and relaxation. In the ground floor there is one bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with a shower.

Going up to the first floor,  you will find 2 romantic style decorated bedrooms, one bedroom with two single beds and one bedroom with a double bed and 2 private balcony’s with incredible beautiful sunset views. In the same level there is a big bathroom with a bathtub.
